Mint Cargo BOOSTING LOGISTICS, headquartered in Mexico, is responsible for collecting your personal data, the use given to it, and its protection.

In accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (hereinafter referred to as the “Law”) and its Regulations, we kindly ask you to carefully read the Terms and Conditions contained in this Privacy Notice (the “Notice”), as it contains the terms and conditions applicable to the Personal Data collected by Mint Cargo BOOSTING LOGISTICS, should you give your consent. Your personal information will be used to provide the services and products you have requested, inform you about changes to them, and evaluate the quality of the service we provide.

d) To analyze visited web pages and user searches to enhance our content and articles, including their customization, presentation, scheduling, and services;
e) To send information via email about news or relevant events.

Mint Cargo BOOSTING LOGISTICS will not transfer your Personal Data without your consent; however, it may use it for purposes involving third parties, such as statistics and newsletter distribution, without transferring said Data. If you do not consent to your personal data being shared under the terms of this Privacy Notice, you may request it through your support account.

The retention period for your Personal Data will be indefinite from the date you provided it to the Controller; however, you may object at any time to its use for blocking or cancellation purposes. Once you have provided your Personal Data to the Controller by any means, we inform you that it will be stored in a CRM system belonging to the website, with access limited solely to the Controller. Your personal data will be handled lawfully at all times and in accordance with the principles of Lawfulness, Consent, Information, Quality, Purpose, Loyalty, Proportionality, and Responsibility, in compliance with the Law.

You will have access at all times to your Personal and/or Sensitive Data to request its rectification, cancellation, opposition, or revoke your consent, in accordance with the Law (the “ARCO Rights”), in written or electronic form, through the procedure found [here].

You must address your request to Mint Cargo BOOSTING LOGISTICS or via email at sales@mintcargo.com
. The request must include the following:

a. A photo or scan of your official ID with photo and signature, or if acting on behalf of someone else, a notarized and/or publicly registered power of attorney and, if applicable, the company’s articles of incorporation;

b. A scan or photo of a proof of address.

In your request, you must:

i) Indicate your name or company name and provide a physical address for the delivery of responses, communications, and documentation;
ii) Specify the Personal Data you wish to access, rectify, cancel, review, or object to its processing, or revoke your consent;
iii) Indicate whether you know or remember the purpose for which the data was provided and the name of the Controller to whom it was delivered; and
iv) Clearly, respectfully, and concisely state your request and include any other information or documents that may help locate your Personal Data.

The Controller will have 20 days from the date the request is received to resolve it or request additional information. If your request is deemed valid — because your identity was verified and your Personal Data was found in our database — it will be executed within 15 days thereafter. The Controller will keep you informed of the process whenever you request it.

The response and access to your Data, as well as supporting documents, may be delivered — after verifying your identity and/or representation — through certified copies issued by the company and its legal representative, electronic documents, or simple copies. Whenever the request is made electronically, preference will be given to the same means for sending responses and resolutions.

If the Controller needs to use your Personal Data for purposes different from those stated in this Privacy Notice, they will contact you in writing, by telephone, electronically, or through any optical, sound, visual, or other technological means now or in the future, to explain the new intended uses of your information and obtain your consent.
